Since 2002 emcra GmbH offers certified trainings and seminars on European and national Funds. It accompanies organisations, NGOs, enterprises and the public sector during the application phase and supports projects through external evaluations. emcra sets quality standards in the funding sector and is certified corresponding to the internationally acknowledged quality standard ISO 9001 as well as the AZAV (German recognition and accreditation ordinance). Due to extensive work in its own EU projects, emcra has gained high expertise in European project management. In the context of ConstructEU, emcra as the lead partner was responsible for the project and finance management, preparation of training material, final adjustment of training contents and the implementation of the advanced training in Germany.
EU-Fundraising Association e.V.
The EU-Fundraising Association is a Europe-wide network of individuals, organisations and enterprises that are active in the area of national and European funding and project management. The network consists of more than 20 partners in 15 countries. As a professional organisation, the EU-Fundraising Association establishes high quality standards for EU-Fundraisers, funding managers and project managers who work in the sectors of profit and non-profit. Members are involved in the association’s EU projects and being helped in searching for suitable project partners. For the project ConstructEU, the EU-Fundraising Association took the responsibility for European public relations and the implementation of marketing operations. Furthermore, it was accountable for the coordination and the national certification of the qualification in Germany.
Kontakte für Europa e.V. (KfE)
The registered society KfE was founded in 1998, aiming to implement European projects in various European funding programmes by utilizing sustainable partnerships among countries in Europe. Since 2009 KfE has been involved as a partner in numerous EU projects. In the frame of ConstructEU, KfE coordinates and carries out the course “Train-the-Trainer” in Berlin and was accountable for the elaboration of two competence assessment bows.
DECROLY SL (DECROLY)
DECROLY SL (DECROLY), founded in 1978, is a vocational education institution offering bilingual adult education courses and advanced education on various topics, including business administration and tourism. DECROLY is a member of the association of Spanish educational providers, the „European Forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (EFVET)“ and certified corresponding to various international quality management criteria. Furthermore, DECROLY has been engaged in European projects for several years, especially in the “Lifelong Learning Programme – Leonardo da Vinci”. As a ConstructEU partner, DECROLY coordinated, carried out and conducted the training courses in Spain.
Institution Fundación Laboral de la Construcción (FLC)
The LABOUR FOUNDATION FOR CONSTRUCTION is a non profit entity founded in 1992. It is a paritarian entity of the construction sector and its main aim is to empower and specialize construction workers, as well as to contribute to their labour integration and professional development. To this end, it promotes and provides vocational training; and boosts the research and development of measures to improve H&S in the building site and the labour market. It manages the spanish professional accreditation card (TPC). FLC has years of experience in EU projects both as partner and coordinator. In the case of ConstructEU, it is in charge of the sustainability part of the project. It also developed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to the qualification “European Projects in the Construction Sector” which ensures the quality of the qualification beyond the project term.
Human Eröforrasert Egyesület Del-Alföldi Regio (HEEDA)
For many years, the Hungarian organisation Human Eröforrasert Egyesület Del-Alföldi Regio (HEEDA), founded in 2001, has been involved in numerous European education projects and projects working with disadvantaged people. Moreover, HEEDA is specialised in the subject of renewable energies. HEEDA coordinated, carried out regional tests and was responsible for the implementation of ConstructEU in Hungary.
Csongrád Megyei Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara (CSMKIK)
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Csongrád County Csongrád Megyei Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara (CSMKIK) in South Hungary consists of more than 1500 member organisations working in the areas of trade, industry and services. Apart from supporting its members, the chamber coordinates qualified advanced education courses. Also, CSMKIK administers its registered members coming from Hungarian enterprises in the construction sector. As a partner in ConstructEU, CSMKIK supports the project implementation through branch-specific networking and public relations in the Hungarian construction sector. Furthermore, the chamber of commerce was accountable for the successful certification of the qualification in Hungary.
